I came around again just to stand in your vineyard
    now matured and naturally flawed
yet attractive to the eye of the beholder
    with fragrant violets and cedar,
    your unusual aroma was intoxicating
touching your soft fruits I played a while,
    drunk by the crooked vine
tasting all the sins you and your crooked self had to offer
supple and velvety smooth despite your intrinsic power
I became toasted in your hints of coffee, chocolate and tobacco
all the things that weaken my will
you brought me an unforgetable aftertaste
an aching head and a yearning to taste you all over again
knowing this buzz that makes my reality exhilirating
    will turn once more…
to the solemn place we always were

    AVALICIOUS

Just when I thought that I couldn’t love more You
appeared in my life and it came like before….
My spirit was in you, I could  see in your weeping
I starred at divinity while an angel was sleeping
and the home was again filled with babbles and coos
and you laughed at me while I zerberted you
I lived once again like time never passed as my youth and
my motherhood met each other at last
and I look at this world that has withered and worn
As tranquil and innocent from the day you were born
A daughter for me once again I am blessed
let me start new with you as you bring out my best
let me grow in your world and I’ll stand right beside
you as my love shall encompass the faith that will guide you.

I watch you watch things, at eye
level, three feet from the ground,
I’m in love with your skin and
    discheveled hair- thick brown locks,
soft small hairs visible only with
    the direct sunlight- dusting your
cheeks and upper lip, you do
nothing but amaze me, I struggle
to get inside your mind- sure to be
    part of a whimsical carnival-
    animals and sounds and colours
    and candy, rockets in space
    zooming past stars and planets,
    dinosaurs embellished in jungles
    amidst cartoon figures with
    histerical expressions, your
innocence and beauty can only be
trapped by my camera- for these
days fade so fast into weeks and
    then years.

The Wave – Miami South Beach

As the water rolls in, it caresses natures path into existence.
The wave beats its drums loudly,
Letting humanity know to respect their surroundings.

On their clearest of days the waves are beautiful,
Rushing, filling, laughing and collapsing into one another.
They are like children playing until fulfilled.

The crystal blue water turns into a large white mountain,
Pounding, itself repeatedly into the sand.
May each generation experience a simple wonder of nature’s existence.

    A Falling Heart

Take the care out of the world the nonsense selfishness is absurd.
The beats of the our hearts are no longer in sync,
Our paths went astray we must make space to think.
How did our hearts begin to fall with these sacrifices and all.

The world needs to be in order with a hand for sharing.
A falling heart in a million people is a lack of caring.
If I look at you and you look at me do you see what I see?
Is this the only way and does it have to be?

Look around and hear the heart go weaker,
More and more people feel apart from here.
Let nature and nuture be part of our lives.

    Let it engulf our being,
and rejoice in starting a new drumbeat for our heart.
An extra beat to our heart is a minute gained in our life.
So, listen for the beats of our lives.

    The Universe

If  the universe is the measure of my love,
Let both arms reach this and wrap myself around you.
Only then can we treasure the joining of life together,
    With everlasting peace within.

The peace of fulfillment, commitment, and understanding.
Understanding of our dreams, who we are, of where we belong.
A belongingness, which is the salt of the earth.
Let me reach that and beyond to the limits of the universe.

    Untitled Submission

    If this memo lives
through the days that I am gone,
hold the message in your hands
and have place for my words in your heart.

    Wake now and absorb
    what exists around you.
    Have it not motion,
    mock its stillness.
    Have it not sound,
    breathe to it.

Visit the grounds least roamed by man.
    Passion appears within silence,
    within miles of a crevice,
acknowledge its way of life, preserved.

Remember the air we breathed together,
its personality, keep it on file, I’ll always be with you.

    Fall of a Star

Its only the third time last time
Since you picked up and slammed the phone
It may be a fourth time this time
But should I think it over more?

I lost touch with all that’s real
and I forgot you were up for take
you said that my heart lost the feel
and now I’m hung out to dry

fame for me, but I’ve lost you
fame for me, but there’s no you
fame at last, but I’d trade it for you

Its only for now that the lights shine bright
Makeup baking on my broken skin
So sick I am of all the fights
Where the fuck am I right now?

Drinks and girls and sex and pills
Am I asleep or drifting awake
The sacrifice I made for all these thrills
close the curtains please, before I drop

fame for me, but I’ve lost you
fame for me, but there’s no you
fame at last, but I’d trade It for you

My body has become my lonely souls box
I dream awake of our days together
Before I lost the keys to these chains and locks.
A final hit to erase it all and start again

    18 for now

    I’ll wait but
    don’t take long
    I’ll be 18 for now
    See my skin-its soft,
    light, and shy at night
    Where will you be
    I need you, I’m free
    my hair long, wild
    my lips worn, cranberry, mild
    Touch me soon
    in the patches of roses
    and berries and tulips
    Together we’ll chase
    The perfumed wind
    through fields, grasses
    Where we can be captive
    Fall and roll into
    each other naked-
    Smooth-curved
    Held tight and protected
    by the grasses so tall
    and sun stricken

I felt that feeling the other day. The one that others have told me they’d felt, the one that feels right, I was overcome by something, it was in the air all around me, it peeled at me and pulled me out of me, I drifted like a spirit above my case, everything rushed into my mind at once, the beautiful things in my life and they asked me to look and admire, I accepted………. and then returned.
